How much does a class cost? Please view our pricing options here. How often should I exercise? If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week. May I bring drinks and food to a class? We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please. Do I need weights? Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights. Do I need special clothes or equipment? Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants, a sports bra and T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled cross-trainer shoes are recommended. |
